Karnataka Medical Council Registration Procedure:

  1. Visit KMC Building: Applicants must personally visit the Karnataka Medical Council building.
  2. Submit Documents: Complete the registration form and submit it along with the required documents in the morning. If everything is in order, the degree will be issued by the evening.
  3. Required Documents from College: Prepare the following documents from your college before visiting KMC:
  • 10th and 12th mark sheets
  • Copies of college mark sheets
  • Photos (5 color and 5 black & white)
  • Complete Logbook
  • NO DUE Certificate
  • Approx. Rs. 2500/- for certificates (varies by college)
  • Optional: Receipt of caution deposit
  • Filled Application for PDC and Convocation with the seal and sign of the principal
  • Copy of provisional KMC registration along with the original
  • Internship Completion certificate
  • Bonafide Certificate
  • Attempt Certificate
  • Certificate regarding the amount paid for PDC and Degree Certificate
  • Any additional certificates (optional)

  • Visit KMC at the designated address at 10:30 am.
  • Obtain the form for permanent KMC registration from the reception.
  • Fill out the application form and submit it along with 3 color photos and attested copies of the required documents.
  • Provide original documents for crosschecking when requested.
  • Proceed to RGUHS University and submit additional documents.
  • Collect the Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) from the Registrar’s office.
  • Return to KMC with copies of the PDC to collect the Original KMC registration.
  1. Fees to be Paid at KMC:
  • Permanent Registration Fee: Rs. 1000.00
  • Additional qualification Fee (For Each Degree/Diploma): Rs. 500.00
  • Fees can be paid at the Indian Bank located below the KMC office.
